RETURN POLICY

On all catalog items we require that the customer contact us within at least Ten (10) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for Site Credit or exchange. Free samples are given when in stock,They are not give on any product that is Discounted or currently on sale. We are not responsible for these as they are given away as free items.

WgBotanicals.com does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise.) All orders are thoroughly inspected at WgBotanicals.com and adequately packed before shipment.

WgBotanicals.com does assume the responsibility for the quality of our goods upon arrival to the customer. WgBotanicals.com does not assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when shipped to the customer unless wrong item was sent.

NOTICE: All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product (defective or otherwise) in unopened and untampered condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund. All Wgbotanicals.com products are packaged in heat sealed Mylar zip-locks. This seal cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund. Wgbotanicals.com reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.

In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, Wgbotanicals.com requires a return of the original product unopened within 10 (Ten) Days of received date & 40% Restocking Fee, we do reserve the right to refuse return requests. WgBotanicals.com also reserves the right to deny an exchange or Site credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise. WgBotanicals.com will not reship a returned item for any reason. Insured Shipping

We offer insured shipping to our customers for added peace of mind. When selecting insured shipping, your order is protected against any damage, loss, or theft during transit. If you choose insured shipping, Wonderland Gardens LLC will cover any damage, loss, or theft of your package after a two-week investigation period.

Customer Responsibility

If you choose not to select insured shipping at checkout, you agree to accept full responsibility for your package once it leaves our facility. This includes any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during transit. If you are looking to file a claim and did not insure is late you may personally file a usps insured claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

USPS Priority Shipping

For orders shipped via USPS Priority, each package comes with $100 of coverage. However, if you decline insured shipping through Wonderland Gardens LLC, you will be responsible for filing any claims with USPS directly. The final decision on these claims, including any review of GPS deliveries with date, time, and coordinates, is made solely by USPS.
