On all catalog items we require that the customer contact us within at least Ten (10) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for Site Credit or exchange.
WgBotanicals.com does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise.) All orders are thoroughly inspected at WgBotanicals.com and adequately packed before shipment.
WgBotanicals.com does assume the responsibility for the quality of our goods upon arrival to the customer. WgBotanicals.com does not assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when shipped to the customer unless wrong item was sent.
USPS & UPS Guaranteed Deliveries notice:
Wonderland Gardens LLC uses a 3rd party shipping application to offer more affordable shipping options. We can NOT file any guaranteed delivery refunds. UPS we are able to offer a much cheaper NEXT DAY AIR option due to this 3rd party shipping platform due to Stamps. We are able to offer $50 UPS NEXT DAY over the $120 (East Coast) or $140+ (West coast) Pricing we would have to pay if we went directly thru the UPS Store. We decided years ago to go with stamps and offer a affordable shipping option but the down side is that it is not covered under USP Guaranteed Delivery. Upon purchasing you are agreeing by clicking this agreement to TOS ,This button must be pressed to submit a order in our system.
USPS EXPRESS Changed from 1 day to (1-2 Days) In mid 2022 as usps no longer has a contract with UPS to use their planes to tag alone. Orders for USPS Express are usually the fastest if placed before 11am EST time as we must pack it and delivery/Scan at USPS by 12:55pm to make the first truck that runs to the sorting facility. We do have a usps account and rep so if ur order doesn’t make the guaranteed delivery time you may request a refund by following this link: https://www.usps.com/help/refunds.htm After you file it take 2-4 weeks for USPS to send you a check by mail. The name on the check will reflect the name you used to receive ur package.
***Notice: We do NOT file any refunds for UPS NEXT Day or USPS Express… We can file insured USPS Priority if purchased at checkout. All USPS Priority packages are insured up to $100 but you must make the file and work thru the insured required documents with usps. If you purchase our Insured USPS Priority shipping option we will cover all paperwork with a reship. (We will make a claim,Do not make ur own claim as this will VOID the insurance.)
⚠️ We DO NOT Cover any loses or theft from UPS Access points there is a high theft % for these areas (Use at ur own risk!) Always get ups packages delivered to ur residence where you can secure ur package.
Cancellations must be texted to to 808-371-6077 as this is straight to the shipper. You MUST contact within 2 hours or order will be shipped. There is a 25% cancellation fee or full store credit code customer may pick site credit code or a 25% cancellation fee will be charged,If order has shipped we will NOT credit the shipping costs.
DAMAGED PRODUCT has a 3-day Investigation window and a picture of the way package was received and video of all items must be accounted for with a picture of the packing slip. Usps Priority & EXPRESS come with $100 insurance from usps but is a long process back and fourth with usps emailing if you PURCHASE our insurance we will 100% cover the package and you get to skip the insurance claim with usps. If you do NOT purchase insurance you are responsible for filing the usps claim. We will replace the package if insured or express this is with a reshipment or store credit we do NOT offer cash back refunds. When we reship we will send a return prepaid envelope where you must return what was received to help us with our usps rep claim it helps 100% pf the time if we go to the rep with package in hand if not they usually shrug it off sadly its been the case the past 12 years we have been in this industry.
What Qualifies for a LOST PACKAGE (USPS or UPS) A package isn’t considered lost unless it hasn’t been scanned for 8 Business days since the last scan. Alot of the time sorting mistakes have happened with the carrier and its just sadly taking the scenic route.USPS & UPS use GPS scanning when packages are delivered if a package is lost we will have to file a claim with the carrier where they will state where the package was delivered and will determine if they cover the $100 priority insurance. If you purchased our insurance we will have to await delivery coordinates from usps to reship.
NOTICE: All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product (defective or otherwise) in unopened and untampered condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund. All Wgbotanicals.com products are packaged in heat sealed Mylar zip-locks. This seal cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund. Wgbotanicals.com reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.
In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, Wgbotanicals.com requires a return of the original product unopened within 10 (Ten) Days of received date & 30% Restocking Fee, we do reserve the right to refuse return requests. WgBotanicals.com also reserves the right to deny an exchange or Site credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise. WgBotanicals.com will not reship a returned item for any reason.
